Commonly Asked Questions About Custom Printing Tablecloths
We refer to a custom tablecloth as one that has been imprinted using one of several different printing methods. They are used to display messages, usually through imagery that conveys an individual or company message and brand.
Custom tablecloths are used at trade shows, conventions, expos, job fairs, markets, schools, universities, health care conventions, and more. They will help market your brand and present people with information such as how to contact you right away in a professional and stylish way.
You will need a custom tablecloth to be noticed, received, and remembered. In a large crowd of people, you will stand out visually and attract peoples' attention with a custom printed table cover. When there are many people at an event, and it is almost impossible to speak to them all, you will get your message or brand across.
With messages printed onto the tablecloth such as; "welcome", "orientation", "Sign Up Here", and more, you can give direction. With displayed logos and visuals, you can show off your products and how to use them.
Lastly, you can tell people how to best contact you or your company by printing a phone number, website, or address onto the custom printed tablecloth. With a custom table cover, you will surely be noticed, your message received, and you will be remembered.
The straightforward answer to the question, "what size table cover do I need?", is that it depends on what size table you will be using. You will need to know the width, length, and height of your table for the table cover to fit and to display the imprint on the front panel properly.

Yes, Logoclothz.com can provide custom size table covers for all products except spandex products. If placing your order on the website and you need a smaller size than what is listed, you would order the larger size and notate your order in the comments section.
You would need to provide the width x length x height of your table. If you have any questions or please contact us at 833-420-LOGO.
*Please Note: We are only able to manufacture the tablecloths in full inch measurements. Please round up your values when providing measurements.
At Logoclothz we use two methods of printing depending upon which product is ordered. All the one-color imprinted tablecloths are printed using heat applied vinyl or heat transfer.
All the digitally or full-color printed tablecloths are printed through a method called sublimation. All the one-color printed tablecloths are printed using a thermal heat set urethane or heat transfer.
Heat transfers are like ironed on stickers that look to be made of shiny plastic. They are great for the budget conscious customer with simple one-color logos or text.
With 12 imprint colors available such as metallic gold and metallic silver and 74 fabric colors including neon green, orange, and pink, you can create an eye-catching display and stand out at any trade show or event.
*Please note: By nature, heat transfers tend to peel and crack after some time of use. There are also some print restrictions regarding what types of images we can and cannot print using this method.
All the digitally or full-color printed tablecloths are printed through a method called sublimation. With dye sublimation printing you can print in full, bright and vibrant colors. During the printing process the ink is embedded into the fibers.
This allows for the design to feel as if it’s part of the garment and not actually on top the garment. With Dye sublimation printing you can print photographic images in detail and the process makes for a long-lasting and durable product which can be machine washed using cool water and a low heat setting.
For the best result in printing your branded table cloth we would ask for a vectored based art file. For all one-color printed table covers, a vector file is mandatory due to the printing method used. A vector file refers to the file type as being editable using one of several design programs. We would ask for an Adobe Illustrator file, an EPS or editable PDF file. Other acceptable file types are INDD., PSD, SVG, and TIFF files.
If supplying a JPG or PNG file, the file must be built to the size you want it to be printed at and it must be at least 150 dpi when at full size. For JPG images the background included with your image will print so you may need to make some adjustments to ensure the background matches the fabric color selected.
If you are not sure if the file type you have is print ready, please feel free to contact us and ask that we check it. We will be glad to review the file for you and let you know of any issues and the options you must correct them. If file is print ready, we would let you know and assist you in placing your order if needed.
What Do I Do When I Cannot Obtain a Print Ready Art File? If you are not able to obtain the required art file, we do have options available in which we can convert the image for you into a print ready format or give direction regarding an alternative. We will do all that we can to assist you.
What is CMYK?
Short for Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black, and pronounced as separate letters, CMYK is a color mode in which all colors are created using a mixture of these four process colors.
CMYK is the standard color mode used in offset printing for full-color art files. Because such printing uses inks of these four basic colors it is often referred to as four-color process printing.
In comparison, display devices such as televisions, computers, tablets, and smartphones use a different color mode called RGB, which stands for Red, Green, and Blue. When displaying colors on any monitor all the colors you see are created by mixing Red, Green, and Blue light.
When printing colors, whether on t-shirts, table covers, or paper, all colors are created by mixing Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black ink. One of the most difficult aspects of printing in color is, color matching; properly converting the RGB colors into CMYK colors so that what gets printed looks the same as what appears on the monitor.
PLEASE NOTE: Whether we print your logo in CMYK or anyone else, you should always expect a slightly a different result in color.
The reason being is that there is nothing in the physical world to match CMYK colors to. All printers use different printing machines which are all calibrated different and different brand inks which will affect how colors appear once printed.
What is the Best Way to Ensure my Colors are Matched? When you visit any paint shop and look for a red chroma or any color, you will see hundreds of different shades of that same hue.
Each of these values is numbered in order to help painters match colors as accurately as possible. The Pantone Matching System or PMS for short is the best way to ensure that your colors are matched as accurately as possible.
The Pantone Matching System is a standard color space used in a variety of industries, primarily printing, though sometimes in the manufacture of colored paint, fabric, and plastics. It is a color standardization system that helps in color identification and matching.
It uses the Pantone numbering system to identify colors, and through this numbering system printer and other equipment manufacturers can match colors without having to contact one another. Most programs that support printing allow you to specify colors by indicating the Pantone value or number within the file.
This assures that you achieve the correct color when the file is printed, even though the color may not appear correct when displayed on your monitor.
A 3- or 4-digit number followed by a letter of the alphabet; C, U or M, for example, which stands for "coated," "uncoated" and "matte," respectively. While the digits refer to the Pantone color itself the suffix indicates the material or media being printed on which affects how the inks are mixed to achieve a specific color. The color palette in the PMS consists of about 1,114 colors. The PMS was developed by Pantone LLC (Carlstadt, NJ, USA), which was acquired in 2007 by X-Rite, Inc. (Grand Rapids, MI, USA).
Same Pantone Value, Different Result in Colors: The type of material being printed on will affect the appearance of colors. In separate swatch or chip books, Pantone shows you how their colors look on coated, uncoated, and matte paper.
Therefore, you have the number of the color (for example, PMS Red 032) followed by a suffix, which indicates what stock your PANTONE Color is meant to be printed on. If you want PANTONE Red 032 on shiny paper you would specify the color in this manner: PANTONE 032 C, where C stands for "coated". You then have U, which stands for "uncoated", and then M, which stands for "matte".
Examples: 186C = coated 186U = uncoated 186M = matte These three are the most important PANTONE Library abbreviations and we here at Logoclothz ask for solid coated values ending with the letter “C” for color matching.
You may, however, also encounter the abbreviation CV followed by C, U or M. CV stands for Computer Video, which is the electronic representation of the PANTONE Colors. Now discontinued but still shown in old versions of software, CV merely means that the color is an on-screen simulation.
When you receive your printed item you would want for the image to be bright and vibrant. You would want to see crisp lines so that any small detail such as small text stands out from the background. You also want for the print to last and not wash away, peel or crack.
Anything white in your design should look stark white and anything black should be a dark and rich black and not with a hint of green or blue color. Pantone values should be matched as close as possible with note to the different materials the color is printed on.
We will print per the artwork approved so it should not be anticipated that any misspellings be magically be fixed.
Cleaning and maintaining custom tablecloths is a crucial step in preserving their beauty and longevity. To clean these delicate fabrics, it is recommended to first remove any loose debris by gently shaking the tablecloth outdoors.
Next, prepare a solution of lukewarm water and mild detergent, ensuring that the detergent is specifically designed for delicate fabrics. Gently dab the stained areas with a soft cloth or sponge, avoiding excessive rubbing to prevent damage. Rinse the tablecloth thoroughly with cold water to remove any soap residue.
It is important to note that machine washing or using harsh chemicals should be avoided as they may cause irreversible damage. After cleaning, allow the tablecloth to air dry in a shaded area, away from direct sunlight.
