Is shipping really included in the price?
Yes. Insured UPS Ground shipping to the lower 48 states is built into every product price — it is not added at checkout. We ship from the NY/NJ Tri-State area, Michigan, and Minnesota so orders arrive fast nationwide. Alaska and Hawaii customers: contact us for shipping options.
Are there setup fees, art fees, or proof fees?
No. Setup is free, artwork checks are free, your PDF proof is free (delivered in about 90 minutes during business hours), and PMS color matching is free. Logoclothz never charges setup fees — there are no surprise charges from us.
Will anything be added at checkout?
Only sales tax, where required by law. Product, printing, setup, proofing, color matching, and UPS Ground shipping are all in the listed price.
How fast will I get my order?
Standard production is generally 3 business days after you approve your proof, then free UPS Ground delivery. Need it sooner? Most covers offer 2-day and next-day rush production options at checkout, and our rush fees are among the lowest in the industry. Your proof arrives in about 90 minutes, so the clock starts fast. Do I have to pay before I see my proof?
Your choice. Most customers pay at checkout, but you can choose our pay-after-approval option — either way, nothing is printed until you approve your proof.
Are your tablecloths fire rated for venues?
Our polyester poplin table covers, table skirting, wraps, and GRS-certified recycled covers are NFPA 701 fire-certified and meet venue requirements nationwide. Our stretch spandex covers are not fire rated — if your venue requires certification, choose a poplin style or ask us and we'll point you to the right product. Details on our certifications page.
What artwork files can I send?
