Where can I download the design template?
Every product page has a “Download Template” button just below the color selector. If you can’t find it, email your order number to pb@logoclothz.com and we’ll send the template within one business hour.
Can I see a proof before I pay?
At checkout choose “Pay Upon Proof Approval.” We’ll email a digital proof (PDF) within about an hour during business hours. Nothing is charged or put into production until you approve the proof.
What file format do you need for the artwork?
Vector files—AI, EPS, or editable PDF—work best. If your file isn’t vector, send what you have to pb@logoclothz.com and we’ll let you know whether it’s usable.
Can you match my exact brand color / Pantone / HEX?
We print to solid‑coated Pantone (PMS) values. List the PMS code in the “Print to specific PMS color” box at checkout. HEX codes are for screens only; convert them to PMS first. Note: white ink isn’t printed—white areas stay the natural fabric color.
What’s the turnaround time?
Standard production is 5 business days. Shipping from our New Jersey and Michigan facilities takes 1 – 5 business days by UPS Ground (e.g., 2 days to Chicago, 4 days to Utah). Need it faster? Choose 2‑Day or Next‑Day Air at checkout and let us know in the order notes.
Where do you ship from and do you ship internationally?
Orders leave our New Jersey or Michigan plants. At the moment we ship only within the continental United States.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Sorry, no. Payment is required before production begins.
Can I order several designs or sizes in one order?
Yes—add each design/size as a separate line item in the cart. You’ll upload artwork for each piece, and we’ll batch everything together in the same shipment.
Will the product come with a fire‑retardant certificate?
Yes. All printed fabrics ship with an NFPA‑701 fire‑retardancy certificate inside the box—ready for venue inspection.
How do I measure my table (or trash‑can wrap, seat cover, etc.)?
Measure the length, width, and height (or circumference for round items) in inches. For stretch products add ½ – 1 inch of negative ease; our sizing guides on each product page walk you through the math, or chat with us for a quick double‑check.
How do I upload or send you my artwork?

Can I get a fabric sample or color swatch first?
Yes—chat or email your U.S. shipping address to pb@logoclothz.com and we’ll mail a swatch ring or fabric cut‑off free of charge.
Do you offer rush or same‑day production?
For most items we have a 24‑hour production option. Approve your proof before our 11 a.m. ET cutoff, select “Rush” at checkout, and choose 2‑Day or Next‑Day Air shipping.
Are the tablecloths machine‑washable?
Absolutely. Use cold–warm water, gentle cycle, mild detergent; tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach or very hot dryers.
What’s the difference between open‑back (3‑sided) and closed‑back (4‑sided) covers?
3‑sided covers leave the rear panel open for leg room and storage. 4‑sided covers drape to the floor on all four sides for a fully enclosed look. Price is the same—choose your style on the product page.
Can you make a custom size or height?
Yes. We can sew up to 120 in round and almost any rectangular length/width/height. Send your dimensions and we’ll quote within a few hours.
What if my logo isn’t vector?
We’ll convert it for a flat $25. Send the best file you have to pb@logoclothz.com; we’ll redraw it, send you a proof, and keep the vector on file for future orders.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. (We don’t accept purchase orders or net‑terms.)
Can I add a carrying bag?
Yes—a clear, zippered vinyl bag is available for $8. Note it during checkout or email pb@logoclothz.com and we’ll add it to the invoice.
Will the print crack, peel, or fade?
No. We use dye‑sublimation, which bonds the ink into the polyester fibers—there’s no surface coating to crack or peel, and the colors remain vibrant wash after wash.
