Warranty & Shipping Information
Free UPS Ground Shipping
- Free UPS ground shipping is available to the lower 48 states (sorry Alaska and Hawaii, we still love you!).
- When you add products to your cart, the free shipping option is always available at checkout.
- Expedited shipping options are also offered at checkout if you need faster delivery.
- We ship from: the NY/NJ Tri-State area and Michigan. Speak with a representative for specific inquiries.
Shipping Delays & Issues
- Orders ship to the address provided. If there's a delay or delivery issue, we reference the address submitted at checkout.
- If we make an error, we’ll correct it immediately. If the error is due to the input provided, the customer is responsible for additional fees.
- We cannot be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters or issues after the package has left our facility — that's in UPS’s hands.
How to Wash Polyester Poplin Fabric
- Machine Wash & Tumble Dry Care Instructions for Table Covers, Skirts, Banners, and Runners
- Machine Wash: Up to 160°F using synthetic detergents. Do not use bleach or softeners as they may affect flame retardancy.
- Rinse: Low spin cycles are acceptable.
- Dry: Tumble dry at 120°F and remove promptly. Avoid excessive heat to preserve fabric features.
- Ironing: Not required if instructions are followed. Steaming is recommended over ironing.
Volume Discounted Pricing
- All volume discounts are automatically applied in the shopping cart to ensure you always get the best possible price.
- Discounts apply site-wide, including:
- 2 - 4 units = 5%
- 5 - 7 units = 7%
- 8 - 14 units = 10%
- 15 - 27 units = 12%
- 28 - 52 units = 15%
- 53 - 75 units = 20%
- 76 - 98 units = 23%
- 99 - 149 units = 28%
- 150 - 199 units = 30%
- Note: Chair band products have a minimum order quantity of 25. Discounts apply per set (e.g., 50 pcs = 2 sets = 5% off).

Product Warranty
- All Logoclothz products include a manufacturer warranty.
- Contact us within 48 hours of receipt if there are any issues.
How to Report a Problem
Three Ways to Contact Customer Service:
- Most issues can be resolved with a quick photo. This saves time and avoids unnecessary shipping.
- Fastest: Log in to your account and use the "Returns" tab. Follow the instructions to create a return request. We’ll respond within 60 minutes during business hours.
- Moderate: Email cs@logoclothz.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo. We'll respond in under an hour.
- Slower: Call 833-420-LOGO (5646) and choose Option #1. You’ll still need to email a description and a photo to proceed.
